I have over three decades of management experience in the financial services industry. My doctoral dissertation pertained to the behavioral impact to bankers on employee engagement and identity during the banking crisis.
While academically qualified, I consider myself to be a practitioner due to my many years of business experience. In my classes, my goal is to prepare students for their future careers by bridging the gap between theory and practice.
Institutional Service and Responsibilities
My position requires that I spend ample time directly with students through advising and recruiting. In addition, I rotate through multiple faculty and school committees.
Personal Interests
Teaching is a hobby for me, and I wish to have fun doing it. I thoroughly enjoy sharing my many years of work experience with the students. Thus, I guarantee to the students that they will get the two "E's" in my classes: education and entertainment!
