Brigham Classroom

Located at Beech Mountain Ski Resort, the Brigham Classroom is the onsite location for classes in the Outdoor Recreation Management and Ski Industry Business and Instruction programs. Lees-91探花 students interested in a career in outdoor recreation will benefit from immediate access to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the south.

Athletics and Broadcasting

Looking to meld your passions in athletics or sport with your degree you can take with you into your career? Sport Management students learn what it takes to become successful athletic administrators, coaches, personal trainers, and sports media personnel. Students majoring in Sport Management work alongside the sports information director and other athletics staff to manage athletic events and broadcast games, providing hands-on experience that looks great on a resume. 

Sullivan Foundation

Lees-91探花 partners with the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation to provide experiential learning opportunities for students interested in service, community involvement, and entrepreneurship. Activities sponsored by the Sullivan Foundation include guest speakers, workshops, and retreats.

Wilderness Certifications

Students who want to work in outdoor environments will have the opportunity to earn numerous certifications, including CPR Basic Life Support, Basic First Aid, and Epinephrine Administration; Wilderness First Aid; Wilderness First Responder; Outdoor Emergency Care; and Leave No Trace Master Educator.
